Motac has entered into a
non-exclusive Licence Agreement with Adolor Corporation relating to the
development of centrally acting mu opioid receptor antagonists for the
treatment of movement disorders (dyskinesias).
Under the Agreement, Motac has granted to Adolor a non-exclusive licence
to the Motac patents that claim the use of mu opioid antagonists for the
treatment of dyskinesias. Motac will
receive development milestone payments and a royalty on sales, if any, of the
licensed products.

a new radio-telemetry platform for the measurement of vigilance and sleep.

Motac Neuroscience achieves
the grant of three patents in Europe:
- (mu)
opioid recetor antagonists for the treatment of dyskinesias (patent
number 1096936). This extends the protection of the patents already
granted in the USA.
- Topiramate and related compounds for the
treatment of dyskinesias (patent number 1539135).
- 2,3-benzodiazepines for the treatment of
dyskinesias (patent number 1545546).
